Community Youth Counselor II - Community Youth Services, FT Flex, MHS - (Boca Raton, FL)

Performs/oversees daily operations of the Youth Outreach programs and services. 1. Develops and maintains daily activity schedules. 2. Provides case management and clinical services for clients and their families. 3. Evaluates and esses the needs and strengths of clients and families. 4. Facilitates services related to the CYS program.nnEducation: Grant-specific; minimum may be Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a Social and/or Human Services related field. Licensure, Certification and Registration: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 6 months. Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, great communication ability, effective written communicationability, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be able to handle a heavy case load and multi task. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
