Behavioral interventionist - children's services - (Chicago, IL)

INCLUDES SIGN ON BONUS Position Purpose : Delivers a specific service that is designed to reduce/remove the emotional/behavioral/social barriers that prevent a child with emotional disabilities from being successful in the school setting. Monitors their service delivery& reports on this to the collaborative team. Is responsible for day-to-day provision of care to consumers. Principal Responsibilities and Duties : Maximize student functioning in an educational setting Minimize restrictions and support success-based interventions Performs tasks directly related to consumer's treatment plan, Behavioral IEP/504 plan Implement individual plan of care with the support and agreement of the treatment team Support the collaborative model in the school
