Lead product line initiatives including plan development, scheduling and coordinating team player deliverables, monitoring implementation progress, and adjusting when goals are not being met Anticipate potential problems, develop contingencies and solution alternatives, and recommend a solution with consideration of resources, prioritization and financial impact Communicate effectively throughout the organization to successfully influence project scope, design and outcome Ensure all products developed for marketing are filed and approved to comply with all applicable laws and regulations at the state and federal levels Construct persuasive arguments and/or revise contract language to overcome objections and secure prompt regulatory approvals Inform, influence
