This Claims Supervisor position reports directly to the Senior Claims Manager and assists with the development of our Claim Rep Trainees. You will assure delivery of (1) "best in class" customer service (2) quality claims handling (3) loss adjustment expense control and (4) continuous improvement through sound supervisory level leadership, claims and business practices. Finally, as a member of the claims leadership team, the supervisor will be expected to exhibit strong people skills with other departments and teammates, while providing strong contributions to overall company and claims department success.
