The City and County of Denver's Community Planning and Development Department (CPD) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Development Services Division as a full time Architect - Architectural/Structural. The Architect performs review of intermediate to advanced level professional architectural work by administering and monitoring a diversity of residential and commercial projects involving the new construction of and/or renovation of buildings and facilities and reviews design and construction documents for adherence to regulatory compliance (IBC, etc.).
