Quality engineer - (Herndon, VA)

Modis is currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in Reston, VA. The Quality Engineer will be working will be will be responsible for pro-active network health monitoring and asset case technical analysismanagement. The Quality Engineer position duties include Expertise to work first or second shift as required with rotating weekend coverage Technical issue solving and root cause analysis related to integrated hardware and software systems. Quickly learn and navigate a proprietary network management system within software systems. Intermediate knowledge of electrical devices and electronics Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering degree (electrical engineering preferred). 1-two years in asset management taking escalated calls. Previous background working with vendors-previous SCARS, supplier quality carding, KPI metrics preferred.
