Senior FM Engineering Ops Manager - (Boston, MA)

POSITION DESCRIPTION Plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical/electrical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and workforce development programs for a facility, campus or portfolio of buildings as to reduce risk and manage costs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages all facets of inspections and surveys, including energy audits and analysis, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, environmental compliance, accessibility compliance, acquisition and 3rd party surveys. Supervises and reviews all technical operations to include system air balancing reports, boiler, chiller and cooling tower performance testing; electrical system loading and protection, mechanical and electrical system noise and vibration control, tenant work orders, CFC chiller replacement and conversions.
