Customer Service Advanced Level - (Charlotte, NC)

"Spanish multi-lingual preferred but not required" The primary purpose is to be responsible for downloading EDI Transactions and Website Activity and supporting duties, processing customer orders and responding to customer needs in a timely manner Associate is also responsible for backing up both Customer Service Assistant and Manager. Associate is responsible for maintaining Company Policies & Standards and requirements in all aspects and performance of the job function. Responsibilities: "Spanish bi-lingual preferred but not required" Print EDI Reports and check for errors Download customer's releases and or Kanbans via the Internet Process and send ASN???s via EDI and web sites Enter loose/spot buy Purchase Orders into JD Edwards Proofread Sales Orders, send appropriate acknowledgements and print acknowledgements for customs purposes. Scan and email customs documents, proof of deliveries, packing lists Enter faxed/emailed releases into Future3 software and process them through the order writing process.
