Call Center Representative - (Frederick, MD)

Randstad is currently seeking Call Center Representatives for a Fortune five Health Insurance Company in Frederick, MD (Zipcode: 21703). This position is a Temporary-to-Hire contract opportunity starting in April paying $15.00/hour. Interested applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday, between the hours of eight AM to seven PM (8 hour shifts). Responsibilities: + Take inbound calls from providers and/or make outbound calls to providers to discuss and resolve outstanding overpayments (95% of your day can be on phones) + With a focus on building a strong working rapport with the provider representatives to review and discuss overpayment situations and provide detailed explanations to the providers in both verbal and written format + Escalate recovery efforts through many avenues to progress and resolve the situations
