Call Center Representative - (St Petersburg, FL)
**HIRE OFF OF RESUME** Start Dates: 4/1 & 4/15 Hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm - Ideal candidate would have flexibility into the evening and weekend hours, as well. Will not be mandatory, but very valuable Pay: $14.00 Responsibilities: -Scheduling in-home services and assisting with nurse practitioners -Practice exceptional customer service and telephone techniques -Deliver verbatim scripting. -Expertise to maintain patience and professionalism with plan members. -Expertise to listen to members and multi-task. -Expertise to utilize rebuttals and address member concerns in a detailed manner. -Maintain member confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines. -Demonstrate the expertise to navigate multiple systems in order to schedule nurse practitioner appointments. -Expertise to meet quality assessments standards and call monitoring requirements -Cooperate with co-workers and management while working toward department goals -Maintain center standards for performance and productivity
