Customer Service Representative - (Exton, PA)

The Verification Specialist will be verifying details provided to the client is complete and accurate, resolving issues, scheduling services, and inputting info into a database system. The Verification Specialist will have the chance to interact with a high volume of clients on the phone and help problem solve. This person needs to have fantastic customer service acumen and data entry precision. Responsibilities: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm The pay level for this position is $13/hr Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: REQUIREMENTS -- Typing speed of 40 WPM or more *This will be tested for consideration* - Knowledge in Microsoft office - Listening skills and ability to communicate info in a clear, courteous, concise and logical manner - Data entry skills - Proofreading ability - Ability to work autonomously - Excellent decision making, issue solving and issue solving abilities
