Safety Training Coordinator Job - (Lafayette, CO)

Overview Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Safety Training Coordinator to join our team at our Frederick, CO Distribution Center! As the Safety Training Coordinator you will have a dedicated safety-first focus and ensure our Distribution Center Otters perform their work functions in a safe manner. This Otter must understand legal safety requirements and help train Otters to understand safety procedures. Intrigued? Keep reading In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with supervisors and management within the Distribution Center to schedule and deliver safety trainings as well as document training completion. In addition, you will monitor working conditions and ensure policy and procedures are being followed. In the event of an incident, it is your responsibility to ist with the filing of injury & accident reports, and ist with determining root causes and corrective actions. This safety-Otter will also ist with managing emergency action and inclement weather plans.
