Regional Training Manager Job - (Harrisburg, PA)

Location: Mid Atlantic Region Support all ociate and franchisee training development initiatives within the Region working closely with the Regional management team. Guide and keep FPT members up to speed on training topics and curriculum. Facilitate and deliver high quality consistent business and selling skills training to the Franchise Performance Teams (FPT) and franchisees. Delivery training programs such as Franchise Development Training (FDT) and regionalized training qualifications. Support training at the Snap-on Franchisee Conference (SFC), FPT imilation training, and New Franchisee training (NFT). Provide leadership coaching to Franchise Developers (FD’s) overseeing their performance focusing on the success of all one-year and newer Rookie Franchisees. Coordinate and track all new franchisee initial training. Management – Coach and develop 7-9 Franchisee Developers igned to the Region. Act as resource for questions on training franchisees and company stores.
