Product Trainer - (Northfield, MN)

The Product Trainer primarily focuses on the delivery of live training to customers. This role will work as part of a training team to plan, organize, and deliver training content over webinars, in our offices, and at client sites in the U.S. This role plays an important part to ensure our staffing industry software customers are equipped with the tools and resources to serve their customers with our software solution. Responsibilities: Lead discovery calls with clients to understand their workflows and onsite logistics before visiting. Book travel through company tools and expense accounts. On-site client visits normally take three days with ½ day of travel before and after. Each trainer delivers approximately two to three trainings per month depending on business demand. Have a deep understanding of the Avionté application. This is accomplished through internal employee training, working through the Training Team’s position curriculum, and shadowing other trainers through live trainings.
