Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina (BCH) seeks a dynamic, compassionate, professional to serve as our Foster Care Licenser/Trainer for our Western Carolina area. A strong Christian faith, along with relevant college education and work history will be important in this role's success within our ministries. SUMMARY The Foster Care Licenser/Trainer is to perform duties and responsibilities related to the function of the Human Services Ministry enabling foster homes to function at the highest level of competency in carrying out the Agency's policies, procedures and programs. These activities relate to the licensing and training, recruitment and screening of foster families applying with Baptist Children's Homes of NC.
