DUTIES: Develop, Implement, and oversee quality standards at all times. Oversee and manage all areas of the food service operation. Determine staffing needs and levels and engage in the supervision and direction of service staff. Develop business plans, devise and prepare market strategies. Oversee and manage the restaurant's social media presence. Analyze economic and market reports to forecast staff levels and budgets. Review company financials to minimize profit and growth. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records. Ensure the food service procedures and policies are followed by the employees. Schedule staff hours and assign duties.
