Old Mill Cafe is looking for dynamic and fun personalities to join the newest cafe and coffee shop in Historic Ellicott City! Immediately hiring a Shift Leader and Barista. This role includes barista, scheduling of hourly staff, some food/beverage ordering, front of house and some training for new hires, assistance with creation of weekly or monthly specials and helping in organize in-house events. This role directly reports to the Manager and is Full time. Background in a cafe, coffee shop, restaurant or other hospitality environment is desired.
