position overview: As our Technical Operations Support Services (TOSS) Web Developer, you will perform a lead role and sub-plan owner for the TOSS for Program Managers launching LRA (LTE Rural America) initiatives. location: Alpharetta, Georgia position type: Contract work hours: 9am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: You will create and support technical tools used by the TOSS including the ticketing tool for tracking all tickets (includes IT, network, SIM, device, PS 911 and testing tickets). You will create, update and support the external facing LRA tool used by the LRA Participants to view network utilization reports, KPIs (key performance indicators), LRA training and support documentation, outage notification tool, device certification automation, and more...All programming, code development, testing and support of these tools is performed by the TOSS.
