Dishwasher - (Memphis, TN)

Position overview To properly clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots. What you will be doing Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots Maintains dish room and dish machine Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans Removes all garbage Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Background Min of High-school education, post-high-school education preferred Min of 1 year in hotel/restaurant dishwashing role Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Able to work flexible scheduling and shifts Team member Expertise to exceed expectations of guests Expertise to multi-task Competencies Attention to Detail Functional/Computer skills Integrity/Trust Action-Oriented Schulte Hospitality Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
