The primary purpose of this position is to To serve as a 1st level supervisor, providing planning, directing,organizing, and exercising control over non-supervisory employees assigned to 910 Communication Squadron. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 910 CS/SCO, ensuring that Plans and Resources complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents 910 Communication Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with 910th Airlift Wing and assigned organizations and units.
