job details: A security software company is looking for people to grow the Technical Support Engineering Team. You will have worked in a Unix Linux environment with Firewall and security administration applications. You are looking for a cloud based environment with a security focus to monitor Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and Checkpoint security tools. The challenge for the right person is being able to help large organizations in areas of installation, operations and troubleshooting. You will communicate with 2nd and 3rd level support via email, phone, and webcast to solve network security related issues.
