Focus on system design that provides stability and performance. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Responsible for design and implementation of software solutions that understand the business domain (problems, activities, processes) and apply that understanding to strategic decision making to maximize technology value.
