Purchasing Admin Coordinator - (Wright City, MO)

Contract Type: Office Non-exempt Posting Date February-13-2019 REQUIREMENTS Responsible for providing administrative support for the front office with emphasis on plant purchasing and inventory programs and procedures in support of established production levels and company business objectives. This position does not have any direct reports. This position has a strong emphasis on material planning and inventory control. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * Performs administrative duties, which may include invoicing, timekeeping, accounts payable, general ledger entry, reconciliations, petty cash duties, etc. * Administers the purchase of sufficient raw material for production demands and general office supplies. * Monitors and adjusts inventory levels as needed. * Reviews reports, maintains files and other administrative paperwork. * May negotiate pricing on non-essential materials and coordinate the need for local supply items (uniforms, safety supplies, small machine parts etc.)
