Job details : RN Case Manager: Implements a plan of care to achieve positive post clinical outcomes; and promotes a safe and timely discharge. Full time/ 1yr of current hospital experience Position ignments RN responds as a clinical expert and resource related to a safe, timely discharge plan. Normal working hours are Monday - Friday and weekend/holiday rotation Position qualifications Graduate of approved School of Nursing and holds a current license to practice in the state of North Carolina.
