Should a customers have issues, they can give us a call and our Customer Care Representatives will be able to identify your exact window and help remedy any concerns We also handle any service issues that may arise, such as patio door adjustments or window maintenance questions. Position Purpose: The Concierge Retail Service Representative role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Reps to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner.
