job details: Insurance Licensing Specialist Responsibilities : Assist employees in becoming licensed and retaining licenses by processing initial and renewal applications through preferred provider or directly with the state. Provides Insurance Carrier appointment support and ensures associated employees are properly appointed for insurance business. Additional assignments include, required record keeping including database maintenance and file management, while monitoring and communicating changes in the licensing requirements based on changes in state laws, regulations or company policies. This position is a quick paced environment which includes telephone contact with the business lines sales representatives as well as their assistants and sales management personnel as needed. Daily work is generally performed under minimal guidance however, this individual may also be responsible for performing complex activities and projects. Requirements:
