Position overview We have a great opportunity to launch a career in the growing Home Infusion field as a Insurance Verification and Test Claim Supervisor at our Rancho Cordova location! As a Insurance Verification and Test Claim Supervisor, you will assist the site manager supporting the Insurance Verification department by leading and developing a team of customer service representatives resolving patient insurance and benefit issues. This team will ensure that all insurance info has been confirmed and approved in order for patient orders to be processed in an accurate and efficient manner. Critical responsibilities: - Recommend process and procedure changes to improve efficiencies. - Must have a proven expertise to multi-task and act with a sense of urgency - Strong attention to detail - Min 5 yrs supervisory background in a healthcare environment.
