Food Regulatory Affairs and QA Assistant - (Caldwell, NJ)

Flavor and fragrance company located in New Jersey is looking for an assistant for the regulatory department. Minimum qualifications: Complete and provide official documentation in response to customers specific requests, regulatory and food safety questionnaires, related to flavors and fragrances. Perform and follow up with internal Food Safety and GMP's audits. Bachelors degree in a science or related position and a min of 2-three years of background in food regulatory affairs. Knowledge and understanding of US and international regulatory qualifications, GMP's and Food Safety, specially for the flavor and fragrance industry. Detailed and well organized.
