Basketball Video Journalist Intern - (Schaumburg, IL)

The Basketball Video Journalist/Filming Intern will work with our scouting service to cover midwest basketball events. This is a great chance for anyone looking to break into the basketball and scouting industry. Job assignments: -Attending area high-school, aau tournaments, and showcases -Film various high-school basketball events, players interviews, and more -Edit and create videos from your film Critical skills: -Good knowledge of the game of basketball -Background filming basketball or other sports -Strong work ethic Preferred Skills: -Video editing background -Knowledge of Chicago and Midwest basketball -Previous experience background in sports, video journalism, or filming industry This is an entry level position for people looking to break into the basketball scouting and video journalism world. The position will be a mix of working in our office as well as traveling to various basketball games in the area.
