As a Loan Document Specialist, you are responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties, but further details are listed below. Responsibilities: The Loan Document Specialist is responsible processing, closing and compliance on loans; reviewing completed loan packages against system data; correcting errors to loan packages and/or system data.Examples of common documents include Homeowners insurance, 4506T Forms, FSA89 results, etc. May be requested to contact vendors but will not have direct contact with customers - most vendor contact is by email and fax.
