The primary purpose of this position is to serve as 1st level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over non-supervisory employees assigned to the organization. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the organization and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and meet customer needs. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents the organization to a variety of installation and functional areas. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short term priorities, and prepares schedules.Travel Required Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
