The right applicant will be a natural problem solver, also feel comfortable on a computer, toggling between multiple screens and using a variety of software. Multitasking and self-motivation are important keys for success in this role, as you will be working independently. We're seeking applicants with familiarity with outstanding written correspondence , and high attention to detail, if you have background with Loan Origination Documentation, that's a plus! The job entails heavy research and analysis of loan details, using internal and external resources, to identify any MH Title conversion issues.
