Store Design Manager - (Irving, TX)

Overview Design Leader for the original concept design and construction built out of 7-Eleven Stores. Responsibilities Responsible for the design and implementation of 7-Eleven Store Standards with a strong focus on creating appropriate guest experiences by Store Type. Aid in the transition of the concept/prototype design standards to the core business for implementation, developing guidelines for A&E firms, designers, construction CM's, and RE reps. Complete on site scope of work assessments for new store sites, BCP, and acquisition stores in North America (US and Canada); being prepared to travel to any destination to assist Floor Planning Team in other locations. Provide ongoing leadership to core organization to ensure store design concepts and guest experiences continuously eveolve and address the changing needs and priorities of the business.
