PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This project consists of installation of new gates (2) and wedge barrier at CAC, Construct Compound Emergency Sanctuary (CES) and relocation of chiller to roof of new CES. This team will also supervise the warehouse Fire/Sprinkler/TSS Project. It is an already awarded design build project. * Develops current knowledge of all technical qualifications of project * Provides Quality Assurance for ongoing construction project * Reviews contractor submittals * Prepares responses to Requests for Details (RFI)
