Job summary Responsibilities JOB MISSION: Overall planning of various operations and introducing work simplification to reduce costs and increase productivity. Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly analysis of Distribution Center service, productivity and flow of work. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of Distribution and Operations ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Works with NB Account Services team to balance cost and service qualifications to satisfy internal/external customer needs. Analyzes records of past and present operations trends, administrative commitments, and obligations to ensure process support qualifications. Review methods and process to uncover problems and inefficiencies. Set standards for processes. Measure and report on work function standards weekly.
