OVERVIEW Eastbay was founded by two best friends who were willing to think outside the box and do whatever it takes to bring the best gear directly to athletes. Over 35 yrs later, that's still our goal. We're looking for passionate innovators who want to take athletes to the next level by bringing them the best products for their game. We have an opening for a Manager, Business Analytics who will be responsible for creating and executing Eastbay's advanced analytics roadmap. This role will support Eastbay's marketing and financial goals and be responsible for constantly generating deep customer insights towards making Eastbay measurably more relevant to our customer and creating use cases for the application of such insights to reach, engage or delight our customers through various marketing programs both on and off the site. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who is proficient in advanced analytics tools and technology as well a keen student of business. RESPONSIBILITIES
