This role will support the day to day operations to ensure monthly targets and operations are being met. This role will be responsible for their own book of business where they will work alongside assigned Customer Development Managers to drive non-product revenue, including seats, support, and price increases. They will also be responsible for overseeing team operations and enabling their teammates on best practices. This role will report directly to the Licensing & Renewals Manager.
