Vendor Support Specialist - (Portland, OR)

General Summary: The Vendor Support Specialist will support the day to day vendor account management, including invoicing, purchase and sales levels, audit of vendor contracts, promotion analysis, and Vendor project support. Essential Duties: Track and audit of vendor contracts and reports changes, including notifications of changes to stakeholders Monitor manufacturer purchases and sales to ensure rebate thresholds to maintain levels/reach new levels are met Ensure plans are in place and executed to spend marketing funds provided by manufacturers Supporting day to day vendor account management needs (e.g. tracking invoices and programs, emailing vendors regarding invoices/outstanding balances) Prepare quarterly and as needed business reviews to support vendors and meetings Drive complete promotional offering including drafting promotion verbiage and proposals and forecasting manufacturer spend Analyze and report promotion results in order to information trends and results Document promotions in the
