Description Job summary The Member Services Supervisor delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guest through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of Life Time products and services. This position coaches Teammates to proactively meet the needs of members and guests through accurately answering questions. At times, the position may assist with Member cancellation requests and other various membership changes. Job qualifications and Responsibilities Greets and admits members and guests into the club by scanning their membership cards and responding to messages regarding their membership account Ensures teammates greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner Assists with supervising and assessing teammates while providing constructive feedback and helping them develop excellent customer service and promotional skills Balances cash drawer, reconciles membership accounts, and makes necessary corrections and voids?
