Application Support Manager - (Rockport, ME)

The Application Support Manager role is accountable for leading a team of staff resources providing technical training and guidance to teammates, colleagues and systems users; budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team; and adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.# Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plans.# The Application Support Manager receives guidance from executive administrative and clinical leadership.# This role is accountable for#addressing issues with impact beyond its own team as well as defining team operating standards, and ensures essential procedures are followed.# This job necessitates extensive knowledge of resource management, performance management, managing service levels (24X7 in some cases), computer systems configuration, and customer service.# Fiscal assignments include the development, adherence, and monitoring of departmental budgets.
