The primary purpose of this position, AIRCRAFT ENGINE MECHANIC (JET ENGINE TEST CELL MECHANIC), WG-8602-12, is to test, trim, troubleshoot, repair, service and modify a multitude of aircraft and aircraft engines which are normally 1st article or pre-production that are specifically instrumented of modified. Responsibilities Accomplish maintenance to test, trim, troubleshoot, repair, service and modify a multitude of aircraft and aircraft engines. Insure proper use and control of Composite Tool Kit (CTK), special and delicate precision tools and instruments. Perform and maintain accurate documentation on all levels of engines maintenance and testing. Perform all duties and maintenance procedures with strict observance of health and safety requirements.
