Job details JOB LOCATION: North American Headquarters, Nashville, TN JOB SUMMARY: * Responsible for managing inbound flow of product to support companys sales objectives. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare, edit, scan and submit purchase orders to vendors in a timely fashion in accordance with company targets and goals. * Monitor vendor back-orders and source product from alternate vendors as necessary. * Work with branch locations to ensure company goals are met with respect to companys receiving and put-away goals. * Monitor key data elements and notify appropriate personnel if discrepancies/anomalies are observed. * Initiate and support the continual improvement of LKQs quality improvement system. * Assumes other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications EDUCATION/BACKGROUND: High-school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. College coursework desired. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must have strong written and oral communication expertise, and the expertise to work well with others.
