Interactive Video Teller (ITM) Assistant Manager - (Olathe, KS)

Interactive Video Teller (ITM) Assistant Manager Position overview Scheduled work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Must have flexibility to potentially cover from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Summary: Provides the day- to-day operational management of ITM associates. Ensures that the team is adhering to bank policies and procedures. Ensures that customer service is provided through the video teller station; monitors this through observations and feedback from clients. Provides coaching to employees, creates schedules, addresses service breakdowns and works with the Manager on hiring employees, and performance issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversee operations of ITM tellers with operating times of 7AM - 7PM Monday - Saturday. * Assist in the on-boarding of new hires by completing training of all processes and procedures for the client and Bank. * Ensure that tellers have the tools they need to deal with the various video call types they receive.
