Purpose of Job We are currently seeking talented Part-time Teller II for our San Antonio, TX facility. Accountable for delivering superior and prompt customer service by performing transactions as requested on a variety of banking services through the lobby and/or drive thru. Responds to and directs customer inquiries on product features and services. Knowledgeable of prescribed policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines associated with USAA's banking products. Adheres and maintains compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations applicable to the Patriot Act (Anti-Money Laundering). Job responsibilities Works under general supervision and is accountable for delivering superior customer service in performing a variety of basic banking services though lobby and/or drive thru. Resolves customer issues and/or complaints in a professional manner; collaborates with teammates to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation and seeks management assistance as needed.
