ManagerBusiness Operations- Finance/Accounting - (San Jose, CA)

What You'll Do As a Business Operations Manager, you will partner with cross functional teams driving business decisions to meet budget commitments. Manage Learning P&L through active engagement with Finance and Learning@Cisco, Platforms and CX partners. Lead a team of 5-8 direct and indirect reports. Influence business decisions and drive relevance and growth by transforming transactional data into meaningful and actionable customer insights. Focus on profitability and resource optimization to improve margin and scale. Be proactive to anticipate and act on early trends to ensure positive and predictable results. Generate actual metric results for accountability.
