Revenue Controller - SBM Management Services - (Chicago, IL)

Overview SBM Management Services LP provides commercial real estate support services primarily to Fortune 500 companies. We have work locations throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Singapore and Malaysia. We are looking for a Controller-Revenue and Accounts Receivable to lead our Billing and Collections team. This team is responsible for the training and compliance of over 200 managers who perform billing activities, PO monitoring, and collections including forecasts. This position has 2 direct reports which oversees 2 teams. Successful applicant will be a great manager with good communication abilities applied in a multi-state/multinational setting. Responsibilities Ensures billing training materials and programs are effective, well received and completed by all billing managers. Ensures that billing KPI s are effectively managed and communicated to the organization. These include billing accuracy, on time billing and collection performance.
