VP Brand Management, Street & Active Brands - (New York, NY)

Summary Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President responsible for the overall management of the Street & Active Brands for the company. This role will act as the lead in brand management for all partnerships and product development across the Street & Active portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities: Spearhead brand building & business development initiatives that are consistent with the company s overall strategy Direct the overall Street & Active brand strategy, vision, positioning and architecture. Develop strategies and execute programs that maximize the development of the street & active brands to be full lifestyle brands via wholesale, direct-to-retail, and other unique licensed relationships. Implement brand guidelines to ensure all licensees execute on Licensor s direction Manage and drive existing licensee partnerships, domestic & international for max revenue. Analyze business models, negotiate and execute new license agreements to achieve strategic objectives and drive revenue growth.
