The perfect applicant will be responsible for safe operation of the equipment (CAT or VOLVO 35-60 ton machines) and the preventative maintenance of the equipment they are assigned. Operator will discuss plans for the day in a daily huddle with the site Field Manager and determine the best method of getting assigned work done safely, accurately, and on time. Operates equipment with priority of making the job safe for all persons working around the equipment. Ensures that other workers stay clear of machine while working in tight places and ensures that there is teamwork between self and other operators working at the project site.
