Hogan Dedicated Services is in search of a Fleet Manager with Transportation and Dispatch experience. Job assignments, Qualifications & Benefits Include -Responsible for Leading and Dispatching a Regional Fleet with a Dedicated Account. -Transportation Experience with Truckload Experience. -Min of 5yrs Transportation Experience. -Dispatch, Route, and Scheduling Experience in Quick paced Environment. -Knowledgeable of TMW Direct Route or Routing Software a plus. -Must be Computer Literate and Proficient in Excel. -Expertise to effectively interface with Customer contacts at all levels. -Safety Experience as well as D.O.T. knowledge a Must. - Must be an Experienced, Self-Starting Professional. -Strong Leadership Qualities Including Solid Communication abilities. -Able to Project Manage and Multi-Task Account Info. -Competitive compensation. -Excellent benefits Package including 401K. -Opportunity with an Established and Growing Company and Customer.
