Field Supervisor - Clark Security - (Evansville, IN)

Field Supervisor will work as part of the management team overseeing Clark Security operations in Louisville KY and nearby cities. In order to successfully fill this position the Field Supervisor must become trained and familiar with policies and procedures at all Clark properties in the region. Through the use of post inspections and onsite training the Field Supervisor will ensure that all officers are capable of meeting the qualifications for their assigned duty location. The Field Supervisor will be expected to interact with staff and clients in order to assure that Clark Security is providing the proper level of service. The expertise to communicate clearly and effectively while remaining calm and professional, no matter the situation, is of vital importance.
